SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from Clear Code Testing, LLC, you consent to receive transactional SMS communications related to services you receive from Clear Code Testing.

SMS communications may include:

• Testing-day notifications
• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Scheduling and reporting instructions
• Testing location or operating-hour information
• Requests to acknowledge receipt of a testing notification
• Other service-related or account-related communications

Clear Code Testing does not use this SMS program to send promotional or marketing messages.

Clients opt in to SMS communications during the Clear Code Testing enrollment or intake process. Clients provide their mobile number and affirmatively indicate their consent to receive SMS communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency varies based on the services provided and, when applicable, the client's testing or appointment requirements.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message from Clear Code Testing. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you subsequently provide consent to resume them.

Opting out of SMS communications does not modify or eliminate any testing, appointment, court, probation, pretrial, employer, or other requirements that may independently apply to you. If you opt out of SMS, you remain responsible for complying with those requirements.

Clear Code Testing does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be shared with service providers as necessary to provide SMS communications and related business services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection requirements.

Clear Code Testing may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
